We want you to love your fragrance. Here is how returns and exchanges work. Last updated: October 2026.

Check your order on delivery

Please review your order when it arrives. Make sure the product, size and quantity match what you ordered and that the packaging is intact.

Hygiene policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged. Please use a tester pack if you want to try a scent before buying a full bottle.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, leaking or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review it and arrange a replacement or exchange.
