1. Return & Exchange Window
Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving their order.
Requests made after 14 days will not be entertained.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:

Nsah Collection reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet these conditions.
3. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, size issues, or personal preferences.
Refunds are only applicable in the following case:

You received a wrong item (different product from what you ordered)
If approved, the refund will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
